Do you accept Section 8 / Housing vouchers?
We rent to whomever qualifies. In order for you to qualify you must have a gross monthly income of at least three times the rent amount and provide proof of income.
Are utilities included in rent?
No utilities are included with rent and renter's insurance is also required. However, there are no fees for pest control, cable / internet is not required.
