|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — It's a nice and quiet place to live, no one bothers you. The management is incredibly friendly and informative. I love how they keep up with the pest control and the cleanliness of the apartment community. This is my first apartment on my own away from my parents and I am grateful for such a wonderful place

|Recommended: NoYou get what you pay for — Not once has the Carriage Hill changed my air filter in over a year. I had roaches when I moved in and continue to get ants. The property is always dirty, trash everywhere. Cigarettes butts , dog poop. It always smell like someone is smoking weed , and I can smell it in my apartment. Called several times to complain. Loud dogs , loud neighbors, walls are super thin. The pool has been out of commission twice for months, and the gym is straight garbage . When I moved in a year ago the lady said the would up date the broken equipment. Never happened. Like I said you get what you pay for.

|Recommended: YesThis i a nice place to stay. — The staff work hard to make sure things are fixed and handled in a timely manner. However, the units are not updated. The amenities need upgrading as well.

|Recommended: YesIt is a nice place to live — Its nice and quite . I enjoy living there . Only issue I have is that the pool is was closed for one reason or another . Always closed for maintenance.

|Recommended: NoDecent but not for long term — The foundation is wood so you can hear everything from neighbors. The apartments are very old and there is no insulation so the unit does not cool down like it should. The pool has been out of service for months and it doesn’t seem like they know exactly how to go about fixing it at all.

|Recommended: YesMy review — The location of the property is very convenient its not far from my job and not far from the grocery store. Also I'm in all the delivery zones like the waitor app. Now the noise I have nothing against anybody's religion or what they do in their life but when I can hear everything that your praying for when my tv is up loud it gets annoying even when I got my headphones in and I can still hear you that's ridiculous. Parking is crazy at times but its not that bad
